Na rozdíl od standardních 140mm ventilátorů s tloušťkou 27 mm má P14 Slim PWM PST montážní hloubku pouhých 16 mm. Díky tomu je ideální volbou pro sestavení Small Form Factor (SFF). Odpovídající šrouby pro montáž na radiátor jsou již součástí dodávky.

Optimalizováno pro vysoký statický tlak
Protože konstrukce ventilátoru P14 Slim PWM PST je optimalizována pro soustředěné proudění vzduchu, generuje vysoký statický tlak. Ventilátor umožňuje extrémně účinné chlazení a dobré proudění vzduchu — i při zvýšeném odporu vzduchu. Díky tomu je P14 Slim PWM PST zvláště vhodný pro použití na sání pod omítku, prachové filtry, radiátory a obecně v malých skříních, které mají díky kompaktně umístěnému hardwaru malý prostor pro volné proudění vzduchu.

Maximální tichost, minimální vibrace
Provozní hluk nově vyvinutého motoru ARCTIC je sotva znatelný, a to i při nejnižších otáčkách. Díky speciální magnetizaci negeneruje motor P-ventilátorů žádné cukání při rozběhu a pouze zlomek komutačních vibrací běžného stejnosměrného motoru. Výsledkem je, že při různých rychlostech dochází k mnohem menším vibracím na skříni a není potřeba gumové tlumení nebo dodatečné oddělování.

Nový motor ARCTIC generuje výrazně méně třecího tepla než jeho předchůdci a současné konkurenční modely. Výsledkem je snížení teploty cívky až o 20 stupňů, čtyřnásobné prodloužení životnosti a snížení třecích ztrát zajišťuje efektivnější provoz.

Díky kombinaci slitiny a maziva vyvinuté v Německu je tření uvnitř ložiska minimalizováno a je dosaženo vyšší účinnosti. Kromě zabránění ztrátě maziva je opotřebení čepu a pouzdra také sníženo na minimum. Uvolňuje se méně tepla, vzniká menší hluk ložisek a výrazně se prodlužuje životnost ventilátoru.

Ideal for Small Spaces
Unlike standard 140 mm case fans with a thickness of 27 mm, the P14 Slim PWM PST has a mounting depth of only 16 mm. This makes it the ideal choice for Small Form Factor (SFF) builds. Corresponding screws for mounting on a radiator are already included.

Optimised for High Static Pressure
Because the fan design of the P14 Slim PWM PST is optimised for focused airflow, it generates high static pressure. The fan enables extremely efficient cooling and good airflow — even with increased air resistance. This makes the P14 Slim PWM PST particularly well-suited for use on concealed case intakes, dust filters, radiators, and generally in small cases that have little space for free airflow due to compactly placed hardware.

Maximum Quietness, Minimum Vibration
The operating noise of the newly-developed ARCTIC motor is barely perceptible, even at the lowest speed. Thanks to its special magnetization, the motor of the P-fans generates no start-up jerks and only a fraction of the commutation vibrations of a conventional DC motor. As a result, there is far less vibration on the housing at different speeds and no need for rubber buffering or additional decoupling.

Improved Service Life
The new ARCTIC motor generates significantly less frictional heat than its predecessors and current competitor models. As a result, coil temperature is reduced by up to 20 degrees, quadrupling service life, while reduced frictional losses ensure more efficient operation.

120 to 1800 rpm Controlled via PWM PST
With a wide speed range and innovative PWM Sharing Technology (PST), the P14 Slim PWM PST's fan speed can be controlled in sync with other fans. ARCTIC's PST fans come equipped with their own built-in daisy-chain solution, and, in addition to the plug-in connector, have another socket to which an additional fan or up to four other PST fans can be connected in series.

High-Quality Sleeve Bearing
Thanks to a combination of alloy and lubricant developed in Germany, friction within the bearing is minimized and greater efficiency is achieved. In addition to preventing lubricant loss, wear on the pin and sleeve is also reduced to a minimum. Less heat is developed, less bearing noise is generated and the life of the fan is extended significantly.

0dB Mode — Zero rpm
The speed of the P14 Slim PWM PST can be throttled down to a standstill via PWM. This allows efficient and silent PC operation in idle while guaranteeing maximum performance on demand.

Versatile Use
The P14 Slim PWM PST allows customisable installation in the case. It can both suck in cool air as an Intake fan and push out warm air as an Exhaust fan. The fan also offers both push and pull installation options on the radiator.

Optimiert für hohen statischen Druck
Das Lüfterdesign des P14 Slim PWM PST ist für fokussierten Luftstrom optimiert und erzeugt somit einen hohen statischen Druck. Der Lüfter ermöglicht — auch bei erhöhtem Luftwiderstand — eine äußerst effiziente Kühlung und guten Airflow. Daher ist der P14 Slim PWM PST besonders gut für die Nutzung an verdeckten Gehäuseeinlässen, Staubfiltern, Radiatoren und generell in kleinen Gehäusen, die durch kompakt platzierte Hardware wenig Platz für freien Airflow bieten, geeignet.¨

Maximale Laufruhe, minimale Vibration
Das Betriebsgeräusch des neu entwickelten ARCTIC Motors ist selbst bei geringster Drehzahl kaum wahrnehmbar. Der Motor der P-Lüfter erzeugt dank der speziellen Magnetisierung keine Anlaufruckler und nur einen Bruchteil der Kommutationsschwingungen eines herkömmlichen Gleichstrommotors. Dadurch entstehen bei unterschiedlichen Drehzahlen weit weniger Vibrationen am Gehäuse und es besteht kein Bedarf an einer Gummipufferung oder zusätzlicher Entkopplung.

Verbesserte Lebensdauer
Der neue ARCTIC Motor erzeugt deutlich weniger Reibungswärme als seine Vorgänger und aktuelle Konkurrenz-Modelle. Die um bis zu 20 Grad verringerte Spulentemperatur sorgt damit für eine Vervierfachung der Lebensdauer und die verringerten Reibungsverluste für einen effizienteren Betrieb.

Mit einem breiten Drehzahlbereich und der innovativen PWM Sharing Technology (PST), kann die Lüftergeschwindigkeit des P14 Slim PWM PST synchron mit anderen Lüftern gesteuert werden. ARCTICs PST-Lüfter kommen bereits ab Werk mit einer eigenen Daisy-Chain-Lösung und verfügen neben dem Steck-Anschluss über eine weitere Buchse an die ein zusätzlicher Lüfter oder bis zu vier weitere PST-Lüfter in Reihe angeschlossen werden können.

Hochwertiges Gleitlager
Dank einer in Deutschland entwickelten Kombination von Legierung und Schmiermittel wird die Reibung innerhalb des Lagers minimiert und eine höhere Effizienz erzielt. Neben der Verhinderung von Schmiermittelverlust, wird auch der Verschleiß an Stift und Hülse auf das Mindeste reduziert. Auf diese Weise entwickelt sich weniger Wärme, es entstehen weniger Lagergeräusche und die Lebensdauer des Lüfters wird erheblich verlängert.

Die Geschwindigkeit des P14 Slim PWM PST kann via PWM bis zum Stillstand gedrosselt werden. Dies erlaubt einen effizienten und lautlosen PC-Betrieb im IDLE und garantiert gleichzeitig höchste Leistung bei Bedarf.

Vielseitig einsetzbar
Der P14 Slim PWM PST erlaubt eine individuelle Installation im Gehäuse. Er kann sowohl als Intake-Lüfter kühle Luft einsaugen als auch als Exhaust-Lüfter warme Luft hinausstoßen. Auch am Radiator bietet der Lüfter sowohl die Möglichkeit zur Push-, als auch Pull-Installation.
